I understand that it may be difficult to remove the failed emissions inspection record from my vehicle history. However, I am dissatisfied that this record now remains on the Carfax report for my vehicle. At the time of sale, I was not given a clear explanation that the vehicle had previously failed an emissions inspection. This information also did not appear in the Carfax document I received. Although I was told that this issue was not known at the time, the failed emissions inspection document had already been placed inside the vehicle. Based on the related documents and our text message history, it appears that this issue may have been available for review before the vehicle was transferred to me, as the failed emissions document was left in the car. I am also not satisfied with how this matter was handled after it was discovered. For that reason, I would like to request an appropriate resolution, including compensation for the inconvenience and concern this has caused. Best regards, Yunseok Choi
