Jordan was excellent, he was responsive and made himself available throughout the purchase process. He even ensured a discovered repair was performed after my SUV was purchased. Only one discrepancy, he did not research my vehicle to discover that there was an autostart function built into the key fob. Otherwise I would definitely purchase a car from him and Ed Napleton in the future
